Tasks / Requirements

Your tasks

Responsible manager for the Security Management related to all activities of the business unit “Division Europe” with its territorial business units in Europe as well as Turkey and Pakistan

  • Lead the security management of the business unit as responsible Security Officer
  • Advise and support the management of the business unit in all security related matters including crime, terrorism, civil unrest, espionage
  • Functionally lead and supervise the decentral security organisation with representatives in each country and location of operations
  • Ensure the integration of Corporate Security Policies in the business processes of the business unit
  • Conduct Desktop and Local Security Assessments for Windpark Projects (Construction, Service), Locations and Travel
  • Design security plans for Projects (Construction and Service Operations) and Locations
  • Support the local business in implementation and maintenance of the security plans
  • Support Corporate Security in the design of security frameworks for travel security, project security and location security
  • Monitor the security developments with focus on the activities of the business unit
  • Conduct Security Awareness Communication for Basic Awareness and in case of security incidents
  • Conduct Travel Security Awareness Trainings
  • Support the Crisis Management Team and the Division Management during Crisis Incidents
  • Conduct audits at constructions sites, service sites and locations
  • Investigate Security Incidents

Our requirements

  • Degree in related fields or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience with increasing responsibility in a private sector multi-national organisation
  • Profound expertise in security risks assessment for political, crime and terrorism risks for international activities
  • Profound expertise in design, implementation as well as maintenance of operational security measures for construction sites, offices and production locations
  • Profound experience in manging security threats, incidents and crisis situations
  • Working knowledge of physical and technical security measures
  • Effective verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills including consulting, team building and collaboration
  • Fluent language skills in English, preferably also Spanish and/or German
  • Ability to travel internationally, also on short notice
